User-Generated Content
Taout is not responsible for any content posted by users. The views expressed by users do not reflect the views of Taout. Taout does not endorse any content posted by users and is not liable for any content that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Reporting Violations: If you encounter any content that violates these Terms, please report it to Taout. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Intellectual Property
Taout's IP: All content, features, and functionality on Taout, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Taout or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of Taout's IP without prior written consent.
User IP: You retain all rights to your content. By posting content on Taout, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. In no event shall Taout's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing Taout during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Taout.
Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction in which Taout operates. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, and the arbitration costs shall be divided equally between the parties.

14. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taout regarding the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
Waiver: The failure of Taout to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Taout's prior written consent. Taout may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
