Our Vision
Let's face it, "social media" was created and managed by some of the least social among us. Now, we're not hating on the geeks - we have some geeks of our own and we love them. This platform wouldn't exist without them, but until Taout, social media forced us to passively communicate via text or one way video, and with algorithms as the arbiters of our speech. That led to passive-aggressive behaviors and platforms invaded by manipulative bots.
We all wanted better.

Some might say, "the lack of color," but at Taout, our platform's design is purposefully crafted in black and white, with shades of gray, to symbolize our commitment to nuanced and thoughtful discussion. We recognize that the world isn't simply black and white; the truth often lies within the gray.
